Building and Construction Payment Solutions Fee Schedule
Building and Construction Payment Solutions offer a FREE assessment of your claim, and its prospects of success.
Fees for service are dependant on the complexity of your claim and are confirmed before you engage these services and well worth the outlay. The fee schedule includes 3 stages. Many Claimants receive payment upon lodgment of the Payment Claim and do not proceed to adjudication. Terms of engagement require that payment of each stage be in advance.
Please note - Our fees are not recoverable. The 3 Stages and scope of service provided is as follows:
Stage 1: Preparation & Lodgment of the Payment Claim
- Initial Consultation
- Company History Searches
- Telephone, facsimile, stationary, postage and handling costs
- Follow up and monitoring of the Payment Claim
- Generation of a Notice 21 (2) if required.
Stage 2: Preparation & Lodgment of the Adjudication Application
- Preparation of the Claimant’s Statement
- Telephone, facsimile, stationary, postage and handling costs
- Lodgment of the Adjudication Application with the ANA & Respondent
- All follow up and any additional correspondence required in relation to the Adjudication Application
ANA and Adjudicator Fees
The adjudicator’s fees must be paid prior to the release of the decision. Adjudicator’s fees depend upon the hourly rate charged, the complexity of the application, the number of hours taken to decide the application and the experience of the particular adjudicator. As general rule, if the claimant’s adjudication application is successful the adjudicator will hold the respondent liable for 100% of the application fee and the adjudicator’s fees.
You are required to pay the ANA and Adjudicators fees directly to the ANA
Stage 3: Application for the Adjudication Certificate (if required)
- Preparation of relevant paperwork and calculation of interest if awarded in relation to the generation of an Adjudication Certificate
- Additional Correspondence sent to the Respondent in relation to the outstanding debt
- Telephone, facsimile, stationary postage and handling costs
- Giving instructions relating to the debt for the recovery of the adjudicated amount
